Creamstick and his siblings were born at an Amish home to a barncat. They were advertised by a road sign stating "free kittens" days before Halloween. At that time, it is estimated that he was about 5 months old.

Creamstick and his brother Creampuff can often be found playing and napping together. At the time of his rescue he didn't quite seem to have the idea of meowing down but rather would squeak.

He is a high energy kitten that loves to explore and play. He still doesn't seem to have meowing down but rather, chirps. He absolutely loves the worm toy and has an adorable wobble when he focuses intensely.

He was around small dogs from birth so could do well with a dog with proper introductions.

Tux is a very brave boy that knows what he wants and will do what he needs to get it.

Tux showed up over the summer and was cared for as a stray. No postings were spotted indicating that anyone was missing him despite the presence of a collar, and there was no response to postings inquiring if someone was missing him.

It was later learned that in order to make it to us, he had crossed not just one but two busy streets.

Tux is a talker and a social eater. He'd love to talk with you over breakfast and dinner. He's a sweet boy that takes some time to open up and trust but once he does, he's full of purrs and love. He is very good with kittens and would do best in a home where he is the eldest male.

2026 has not started off the way Marion had wished.

At the end of January, she lost her human whom she had loved dearly. A kind neighbor lady took her in for a while, but she was highly allergic so Marion couldn't get the snuggles she had grown accustomed to. Now, she's looking for a new forever home.

She's shy at first, but has proven quite resilient. She loves loves and will happily offer head bonks and purrs. She even plays fetch with her favorite toy.

Marion is a little over four years old and spayed.  At this time Marion seems as though she would do best in a home where she was the only female.

More coming soon-

2025

Three hours after the Articles of Incorporation to create Rascal's Rescue had been submitted to the state for review, this little guy showed up on the doorstep. It was a cold night and there were other, larger cats lurking which scared him away from the food. Thankfully, he didn't go far. He was quickly located and brought inside and hasn't stopped purring since.

At the time of his rescue, Persimmon was estimated to be about three months old, and quite sizeable for his age. He's a medium hair with gorgeous dark amber eyes. So far, his favorite toy is a rabbit fur ball that rattles.

He is quick to purr and loves snuggles.

Creampuff and his siblings were born at an Amish home to a barncat. They were advertised by a road sign stating "free kittens" days before Halloween. At that time, it is estimated that he was about 2.5 months old.

Creampuff is quiet and very observant. He is quick to purr and loves attention.

He was around small dogs from birth so could do well with a dog with proper introductions.

Buttercream and his siblings were born at an Amish home to a barncat. They were advertised by a road sign stating "free kittens" days before Halloween. At that time, it is estimated that he was about 5 months old.

Buttercream appears to be the older brother as he's quick to step up to protect his siblings from any perceived threat. He was also the first to break out of the box they were placed in when rescued.

Buttercream is a high energy kitten that is quick to please. Don't believe the hype about orange cats having to share brain cells. This little one seems to have a hearty supply of his own. He was around small dogs from birth so could do well with a dog with proper introductions.
